In terms of technical specifications and interior design, there is no comparable difference between Mark I, Mark II and Mark III units (except SG2017C) other than the exterior bodywork design. All Mark I to III variants (except SG2017C) are powered by the MAN D2066LUH-32 diesel engine (10,518cc), and are fitted with 6-speed ZF Ecolife 6AP 2000B automatic transmission. Between Mark II and Mark III units, the main difference lies in the front and rear external appearance.
