Yutong ZK6126

While Chinese-made coaches are common in Singapore, the Yutong is the first made-in-China vehicle to be operated by a public transportation company. For many months it was barred from being reported on, but on 20 August 2009 it was finally unveiled unceremoniously on Service 854.

SMB135E features a Cummins engine, which has seen a long break since the Dennis buses, and unlike other buses in the fleet almost everything inside is Chinese-made, including the EDS/DVA.

Upon completion of its one year trial, the bus was returned to the distributor who sold it to Bedok Transport. It is now a private coach registered under PC194T.
