SBS Transit has made its stanchion pole purple and the seat covers yellow and red, in line with the rest of its WAB fleet. Air-con is circulated indirectly through the panelling; there are no adjustable air-con ducts for passengers on the Citaro.

The bus has wheelchair space for one passenger in wheelchair (PIW). The aisle is step less all the way to the last row, but narrower for standing passengers.

The second last row, near the rear wheel arch, has seats that are facing each other. The air-con unit is blended into the interior ceiling at the front. Speakers were also installed, but they remain unused.
