The B10M Strider in its original configuration has seats for 50 passengers, and total capacity of 86. The original interior has grey air-con ducts and bench seats with blue seat covers.

Refurbished buses have a revised seating capacity of 48, and can carry a total of 84 passengers. One row of seat on the right is removed for extra legroom. The new seat colors are yellow in colour and have red air-con ducts.

TV Mobile was installed on the B10M Striders. The original air-con ducts were squarish and could be adjusted by the passengers via a toggle.

The B10M Strider is the last single-deck bus model operated by SBS Transit to have bells placed on the side window panels. The elevated step between the seats and aisle made creation of a dedicated standing area unsuitable.

The square roof-mounted ventilation fans in the interior are usually not in operation, and are last featured on this model. Unlike other single-deckers, the air-conditioning unit for B10Ms are positioned at the rear of the bus.
